Conducting excavations during restoration works, we found old drawings of mobile stove presumably belonging to field kitchen of Paul’s I period. This furnace has been recreated and now is used for cooking several kinds of dishes.
One of them is a recreated dish mentioned in the description of King Arthur’s feasts. This is a whole roasted bull, stuffed with a sheep, with a pig inside, stuffed with buckwheat.
The author of another unique dish, called “Big Hot Still Life”, is the founder of the Holding «Gutsait Group» and the owner of the Castle – Sergey Gutzeit.
You can order a dish cooked in this miracle-stove for your event and use it as an element of the show.
